Online Call Center Representative

Job Description: Imperial Logistics is seeking an Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, confident, and possess strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order placements, and issue resolution. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner. - Utilize online communication tools to assist customers via live chat and email. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Proficiency in using online communication tools. - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
