Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Remgro is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services. 3. Utilize online platforms to assist customers with their queries. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance. 7. Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong planning and creativity soft skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.
