Job Description - Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Call Center Representative to join our team at Tiger Brands in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and process orders - Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Participate in negotiations with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes - Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently in a flexible environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
