Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Gold Fields is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through online channels, providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via online platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions. 3. Identify and escalate issues to appropriate departments for resolution. 4. Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets. 5. Maintain a positive attitude and foster strong relationships with customers. 6. Utilize persuasion and negotiation skills to address challenging customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Resilient and driven personality traits. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 7. Soft skills in persuasion and negotiation.
