As an Online Call Center Specialist at Harmony Gold, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and online chat support. Your primary duty will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product support in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be tasked with upselling products and services to increase revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and online chat interactions - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Upsell products and services to meet sales targets and goals - Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Persuasion skills to upsell products and services - Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
