Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Massmart Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, and possess strong soft skills in strategic planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize strategic planning skills to prioritize and resolve customer issues effectively. 3. Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions with customers to provide a positive customer experience. 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support for our customers. 5. Utilize decision-making skills to quickly assess and resolve customer situations with confidence.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or online support. 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and decision-making. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using online chat support tools and systems.
