Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description: MMI Holdings is seeking a talented and passionate Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to customers, answering their queries, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Identify and escalate priority issues - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient customer service - Document customer interactions and feedback - Meet performance goals set by the team lead or manager - Stay up-to-date on company products and services

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Passionate and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills - Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively - Proficiency in using online chat software and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required - Knowledge of financial services or insurance industry is a plus
