Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Sasol is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As an Entry Level Online Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns - Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer issues and escalate as needed - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and support - Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure compliance and data security

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to lead conversations effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
