Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Hilton in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through online chat services. This is a part-time position, suitable for individuals at an entry level of their career with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat services - Assist customers with booking reservations, answering questions about hotel amenities, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have - Provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive customer experience - Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures related to online chat support

Requirements: - Confident and driven individual with strong communication skills - Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and leadership in customer interactions - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
