Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Shoprite Holdings in Durban, KwaZulu Natal is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and improve the online shopping experience. 3. Monitor online client feedback and reviews, and take appropriate actions to enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Assist with online client account management and data entry tasks. 5. Provide support to the sales and marketing teams in developing and executing strategies to attract and retain online clients. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client relations.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in online client relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
