Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Associate at Aspen Pharmacare, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our online clients. This role requires a high level of customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone to address inquiries and provide assistance - Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate order processing - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively promote products and services to clients - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company - Provide regular reports and updates on client interactions and sales performance

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and energetic personality - Excellent negotiation and planning skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of online sales platforms and CRM systems is a plus - Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
