Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Client Relations Associate to join our team at Cell C in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. In this part-time role as an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing online client relationships and providing excellent customer service through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally through email, chat, social media, and other online channels. 2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any issues or complaints in a timely manner. 4. Assist clients with online transactions, account management, and troubleshooting technical issues. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services online. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to improve customer relations strategies.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in an online or e-commerce setting. 2. Confident and motivated personality with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong time management and problem-solving skills to handle multiple client requests efficiently. 4. Proficiency in using various online communication platforms and tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
