Online Client Relations Manager

Job description:

Sanlam is seeking an experienced and passionate Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our online clients to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client relations and improve customer satisfaction - Monitor online client feedback and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online client experience - Analyze online client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Oversee the execution of online client communications, including email campaigns and social media interactions - Provide guidance and support to the online client relations team to achieve departmental goals - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - Proven experience in online client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members - Creativity to develop innovative approaches to online client relations
