Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at Clicks Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information 2. Managing client accounts and ensuring all information is up to date 3. Monitoring client feedback and reviews, and addressing any issues promptly 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 5. Developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention 6. Reporting on client interactions and feedback to management 7. Contributing to the overall success of the online client relations team

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Reliable and adaptable with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 6. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
