Online Client Relations Officer

Telkom SA is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with no prior experience but possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and provide assistance - Foster positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries - Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments - Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement in our customer service processes - Assist in developing online client communication strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report on key performance metrics to management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client relations
