Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Representative at Cell C in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our online clients and providing them with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to online client inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolving client concerns and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Educating clients on products and services offered by Cell C - Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure client satisfaction - Providing feedback to management on client trends and preferences - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Meeting and exceeding sales goals through effective relationship building and sales techniques

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and resilient mindset to handle difficult client situations - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
