Online Client Relations Representative

Aspen Pharmacare is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through email, chat, and social media channels. 3. Address client concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 5. Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and resourceful with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships. 3. Previous experience in client relations or a customer-facing role. 4. Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
