Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media - Providing assistance and support to customers with their online transactions - Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients - Monitoring online reviews and addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Utilizing strategic planning to identify new opportunities for client engagement - Making effective decisions to resolve customer disputes and issues in a timely manner
