Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Client Relations Representative to join our team at Distell Group in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This position is part-time and is suitable for individuals at the entry level with no prior work experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various online channels to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide solutions - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Assist in developing strategies to improve client relations and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company products/services to effectively address client needs

Requirements: - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
