Job Description:
Distell Group is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess traits such as independence and motivation, as well as soft skills in research and leadership.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various online channels. 2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty. 7. Provide regular reports on client interactions and key performance indicators. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Proven experience in online client relations or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online CRM tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
