Online Client Relations Specialist

Imperial Logistics is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.

As an Online Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our online clients, providing excellent customer service through various online platforms. Your main responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Additionally, you will be tasked with researching industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to our clients, as well as utilizing critical thinking skills to develop innovative solutions to client challenges.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A background in customer service or sales is preferred.
