Job Description - Online Client Service Associate


Job Description:


Sasfin Bank is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through online channels, such as email, chat, and social media, to address inquiries and provide assistance. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate. 3. Assist clients with online transactions, account access, and troubleshooting any technical issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues and escalate as needed. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant information and recommendations. 6. Support the marketing team by creating engaging online content to attract and retain clients. 7. Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to improve overall client satisfaction and retention. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client services or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients online. 4. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
