Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Cell C is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Entry Level position, the Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through online platforms. This part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via online channels such as chat, email, and social media. - Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient client service delivery. - Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong passion for customer service. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles. - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively in a team environment. - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in processes and technology. - Previous experience in customer service is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
