Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Rand Merchant Investment Holdings (RMI) is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is independent, resourceful, persuasive, and adaptable.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have through various online communication channels. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase online client engagement and retention. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall online client experience. 5. Analyze data and metrics to track client behavior and identify areas for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online client service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in online client service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
