Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


FirstRand is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level with a minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of online client services, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships with clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide regular updates and reports on client service performance to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their client service skills - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client service management, preferably in an online environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and other client service tools - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
