Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Online Client Service Officer to join our team at MMI Holdings in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner through various online platforms - Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for online client service - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with online marketing efforts to attract and retain clients - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online client service

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client service or a related field - Motivated and driven personality traits - Strong presentation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
