Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support related to our products and services. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently. 6. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in service delivery and customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of professionalism.
