Job Description - Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Online Client Support Assistant to join our team at Absa Group Limited in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate-Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. This is a part-time position that requires energetic and passionate individuals who possess strong decision-making and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Provide personalized support to clients regarding our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in online client support or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to make decisions independently and effectively cooperate with team members - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and online communication tools
