Job Description:
Shoprite Holdings is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates who are passionate about customer service and eager to kickstart their career in the retail industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support for online shoppers, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with order placement. 2. Monitor online orders and ensure timely delivery to customers. 3. Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries and resolve any delivery-related issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with updating product information and prices on the online platform. 6. Proactively identify and solve customer problems in a timely manner. 7. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. 8. Stay up to date on the latest products, promotions, and policies to better assist customers.
