Job Description:
Imperial Logistics is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Support Associate in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone calls - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to our services - Manage and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support to clients - Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Requirements: - No prior experience is required, but a passion for customer service and logistics is a plus - Energetic and motivated personality with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role - Excellent planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
