Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Cell C is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As the Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all online client support activities to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online client support specialists to provide timely and effective support to customers through various online channels. 2. Monitor and analyze online client support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client support processes and achieve key performance indicators. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support to drive continuous improvement within the team. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional support. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolution to ensure a positive customer experience. 8. Maintain accurate records of all online client support interactions and feedback for further analysis.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in online client support or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Resilient and confident personality traits. 7. Emotional intelligence and strong planning skills. 8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
