Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description: Absa Group Limited is seeking an experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As a part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online client support operations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction - Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve issues - Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train and mentor junior support staff - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and energetic personality - Attention to detail and strong leadership abilities - Proven track record of delivering high-quality client support - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
