Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Mondi Group is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client support management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients and managing a team of support staff.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage the online client support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client inquiries and issues. 2. Handle escalated client complaints and provide timely and effective solutions. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client support process. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and positive client experience. 5. Develop and implement training programs for the support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online client support management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client support management, preferably in an online environment. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. 5. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools. 7. A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
