Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Capitec Bank is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities: - Responding to online client inquiries and providing assistance with account-related issues - Troubleshooting technical issues with online banking platforms - Educating clients on various banking products and services - Resolving client complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to find solutions to complex client issues - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the online client experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make quick and effective decisions - Adaptability to navigate changing priorities and client needs - Resourcefulness to find creative solutions to client problems - Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
