Online Client Support Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Online Client Support Representative to join our team at Mediclinic Southern Africa in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time entry-level position with one year of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information 2. Assist clients with technical support related to online services 3. Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns 4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience 5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions 6. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist clients 7. Contribute to the growth of our online client support platform through feedback and suggestions
