Job Description: As an Online Client Support Representative at Mr Price Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns - Troubleshoot technical issues related to our online platform and provide solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong leadership and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in using online communication platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
