Job Description:
Liberty Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking and energetic, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Online Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our online contact center team in handling customer inquiries and providing support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information via email, chat, and social media platforms 2. Assisting customers with product and service-related queries 3. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 4. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information in the database 6. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement 7. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools 5. Project management skills and a strong ability to work well in a team 6. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
