Job Description - Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


MTN South Africa is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Associate in Soweto, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong drive for success.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently and effectively through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. - Assist in the development and implementation of online customer service strategies. - Utilize creativity and project management skills to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online contact center environment. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Driven and motivated individual who thrives in a team setting. - Demonstrated creativity and project management skills.
