Job Description - Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


Tiger Brands is currently seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Contact Center Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management


Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
