Job Description:
Imperial Logistics is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online contact center operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and maximize productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Train, supervise, and evaluate contact center staff to ensure they meet performance targets. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations. 7. Implement innovative technologies and tools to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated personality traits. 2. Strong communication and leadership skills. 3. Proven experience in managing a contact center or customer service team. 4. Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Innovation and creativity in developing solutions. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
