Online Contact Center Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Contact Center Officer to join our team at Absa Group Limited in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Contact Center Officer, your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries and issues through various online communication channels, such as email, chat, and social media. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
