Job Description - Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Officer to join our team at MMI Holdings in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with account information, transactions, and general inquiries. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 5. Independent and driven personality traits with a strong work ethic. 6. Creative problem-solving skills and strong negotiation abilities.
