Online Contact Center Officer

Job description:

Growthpoint Properties is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Officer in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and exciting industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues they may have. 3. Managing customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience. 4. Updating customer records in the database accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 6. Keeping abreast of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Energetic and confident personality. 3. Strong attention to detail and excellent people management skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 9. No prior experience required.
