Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Sanlam is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online contact center platform. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Conducting research to find solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Persuading customers to take desired actions, such as purchasing products or upgrading services. 6. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs effectively.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong persuasion and research skills. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. 6. Proficiency in using online chat systems and social media platforms.
