Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Clicks Group is seeking an Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a reliable and resilient individual with strong soft skills in adaptability and teamwork.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via various online channels, including email, social media, and live chat - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries, troubleshooting issues as needed - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online contact center platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience in the retail industry is a plus
