Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Holdings in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various communication channels. This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms - Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and any other inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy - Research and negotiate solutions to address customer concerns efficiently - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company - Stay updated on new products, processes, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and negotiation skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and technology - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
