Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Cell C in Soweto, Gauteng. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels such as chat, email, and social media.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via online platforms. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 8. Assist with training and mentoring new team members.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and email systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
