Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Distell Group, a leading company in the beverage industry, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via online platforms, such as email, chat, and social media - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach - Assisting customers with orders, shipping information, and product inquiries - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and decision-making skills - Experience with online customer service platforms and tools - Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus
