Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Anglo American Platinum is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an entry-level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resourceful, with excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Processing orders and managing payments - Monitoring customer feedback and making recommendations for improvements - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or related role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
