Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Capitec Bank is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online banking customers. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assisting customers with online banking transactions and account inquiries. 3. Troubleshooting technical issues related to online banking platforms. 4. Providing guidance and support to customers on using online banking features. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Analyzing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement. 7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to customer care.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in using online banking platforms and software. 6. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
